These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Invoicr, a product of Dirt Simple Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at invoicr.us. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Invoicr is a time-tracking and invoicing tool for independent contractors and small businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
You must provide a valid email address to use Invoicr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at legal@invoicr.us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You own all data you enter into Invoicr — invoices, clients, time entries, and business information. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy). You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIRT SIMPLE SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dirt Simple Solutions LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
